Rod & Panel Terms and Conditions

Customer satisfaction is our primary concern. We want you to love your new drapes and pillows. However, due to the custom nature of our products, orders are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once placed.

Each design fee paid ($75.00 for the first room, $25.00 for each additional room ordered at the same time) includes the shipment of the original Swatch Kit and one (1) subsequent Swatch Kit, if needed. If any additional Swatch Kits are requested for the same room(s), additional design fees will be assessed.

We offer a warranty covering materials and workmanship defects reported within 90 days of receipt of your order.

If you notice any defect in materials or fabrication, notify us within the warranty period and Rod & Panel will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair the item in question. Discontinued items will be replaced with the closest equivalent current product.

The following items are not covered by this warranty:

• Accidental damage, including but not limited to damage from insects or pets
• Abuse or misuse
• Damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance
• Normal wear & tear such as fraying, fading, and/or loss of color intensity.
• Alterations
• Exposure to the elements, including but not limited to moisture, heat, and sunlight
• Removal, reinstallation, and shipping costs associated with warranty repairs

This warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original residential retail purchaser.

Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

In the result of a mis-measure, please contact us. We may be able to correct the problem at a reduced cost.

Care and Maintenance of your Custom Drapes and Pillows

Never wash, launder or use a hot iron on your custom treatments. As needed, vacuum any accumulated dust from the surface of your treatment with a clean soft brush attachment. If your treatments require dry cleaning, only use reputable dry cleaners that specialize in cleaning custom drapery.
